Yoga Kulam Finishes The 1st In-Person Immersive Yoga Teachers Training during 1st Week of June

Our recent in-person Yoga and Ayurveda Immersion program was a truly enriching experience, fostering a close-knit community dedicated to profound personal growth. Participants started their 225 hours teachers training program by delving deep into various aspects of yoga, including Yoga, Ayurveda, Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, Nava Darshana, and Anatomy & Physiology. Exclusive to our attendees, the camp also offered hands-on practice of traditional Kriyas and Ayurvedic techniques such as Jal Neti, Sutra Neti, Trataka, Vaman Dhauti, Laghu Shankh Prakshalan, Abhyanga, and Shiro Dhara. Under the watchful eyes of our experienced teachers, students practiced yoga with serenity and precision, embraced the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda for holistic well-being, and learned practical daily life applications. It was inspiring to witness everyone supporting one another on this profound voyage of self-discovery and awakening, surrounded by peace and splendor. Students are continuing the remaining training hours online and will conclude the certification over next 3 months.

Yoga Kulam Celebrates 11th International Day of Yoga Nationwide!

Yoga Kulam proudly celebrated the 11th International Day of Yoga with enthusiastic events held across multiple cities nationwide, including Atlanta, Houston, New Jersey, and other areas! It was truly inspiring to see communities come together to embrace the profound benefits of yoga.

Our celebrations focused on introducing participants, including many children, to the core practices and three essential pillars of yoga: asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and yoga nidra (yogic sleep). Each session fostered deep community engagement, providing a welcoming space for all ages and experience levels. From full halls brimming with participants to active participation from children responding joyfully to guided cues, the energy was palpable and transformative.

We are especially grateful for the strong community support we received, including the enthusiastic backing of local community libraries. The positive feedback we've received highlights the impact of these events, with one parent sharing, "I feel more centered and relaxed," echoing the sentiment of many who experienced renewed balance and calm. These celebrations were a testament to the seamless collaboration of our dedicated teams and the growing desire within communities to connect with the authentic spirit of yoga.
